Heavy-duty cast-iron grates and four versatile burners, including two 15000-BTU rapid burners and two 9000-BTU semi-rapid burners, are included with the slide-in gas range. These burners provide even heat distribution for simmering (down to 1000-BTU), boiling, stir-frying, steaming, melting, and even caramelizing.

The zinc alloy control knobs include LED lights so you can see if the gas range is turned on from a distance. A deep recessed gas range with an automated reignition provides a continuous flame and reignites immediately if it is accidently put out of commission.
